Our History

Raysut Cement Company was formed in 1981 with a 210,000 ton capacity four-stage suspension Pre-heater kiln. The output was subsequently enhanced to 250,000 tons with extensive modification and optimization.

In October 1998, a new 1700 TPD Clinker production line was added parallel to the existing line The plant is comprised of the latest state-of-the-art equipment and machinery supplied by KHD, Germany & Humboldt Wedag Inc., USA.

The third Production line of 3300 TPD Clinker was commissioned in December 2005. It was a joint venture of KHD, Germany & TCDRI, China on turnkey basis.

In July 2007, the fourth Production line of 2200 TPD clinker capacity was commissioned.

Today, Raysut Cement’s total cement capacity has reached to 3.0 MMTPA and counts among the biggest producers in the Middle East.

Throughout these years the company has maintained its pace for growth through cost efficient management, with enhanced product range.

Today, some 1500 customers in the Oil well Exploration and construction industry in Middle-east, Asia and Africa look to Raysut Cement for top quality cement and services. Many major infrastructure projects are being constructed using Raysut Cement.
