With reference to the disclosures rules approved by the Board of Directors of Capital Market Authority and in compliance with the disclosure and transparency principle, kindly be informed that the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company reviewed and approved the un-audited accounts for nine months ended 31st.March 2008. As disclosed in the accounts, the Company achieved total sales of RO.21.939 million for the first quarter of 2008 as against RO.13.649 million for the corresponding period of last year an increase of 60.7% and net profit before tax of RO 11.855 million as against RO 7.322 million for the corresponding period of last year an increase of 61.9%.
