The ethical code of conduct applies to all our employees and contractors, regardless of their specific job or location. It  define our policies, standards and guidelines on a wide range of ethical issues, including conflict of interest, financial or business interest etc. The managers and supervisors are accountable not only for their own actions, but also for the actions of their staff.
